C18 with modern bar extension to road elevation. The main elevation faces
garden to west. 2 storeys. Ashlar, hipped slate roof. 3 windows, sashes
with glazing bars in plain reveals. Central doorway with projecting porch
on twin square-section columns. Architrave, frieze and moulded cornice,
blocking course.

Castle Hotel forms a group with Nos 2 to 4 (consec) Ivy Terrace, Mason's
Lane.
