C18 or early C19. 3 storeys. Small coursed and dressed rubble with ashlar
quoins. Tiled roof, hipped to left. 3 ranges of windows to upper floors,
glazing bar sashes, single hung 2nd floor, stone surrounds, wood lintels 1st
floor. Wide late Victorian shop front with recessed and tiled central entrance
and house entrance to left. Slightly recessed extension to right, ridge at
same height as No 55, with a plate glass sash window on 1st and 2nd floors,
band over ground floor, cill band to 2nd floor and yard entry on ground floor.
