House. Early to mid Cl9. Coursed and squared limestone rubble with
rusticated ashlar quoins and dressings; clay tile roof with coped verges;
ashlar integral end stacks. 2 parallel ranges with rear extension. 2
room plan to front range with central entrance passage. 2 storeys; 3
windows; 16 pane glazing bar sashes; central 6 panelled door with oblong
overlight and flat bracketed hood; lintels of door and windows lined as
voussoirs. Cast iron railings and gate enclosing the front garden
consisting of fleur-de-lys; square-section stone gate piers and end piers.
