Agricultural worker's cottage. Early to Mid C19. Coursed limestone
rubble with flush ashlar dressings; clay tile roof with coped verges;
ashlar integral end stack to West. 2 storeys; slightly irregular
fenestration; one range of 4-pane sash windows to right hand, small
ground floor fixed light window to left hand; central half glazed door;
skylight to left. Attached to Beresford House (q.v.) with which it has
considerable group value.
