Cottage, probably originally extension to No 14. Circa 1820. Double pile with
valley roof. Painted and rendered with plain tiled roof, hipped to left. Rear
roof also hipped to left, with lower ridge, 2 storeys; 1 window, casement on 1st
floor, glazing bars sash below. Lean-to 1 storey extension to left. Included
for group value only.
