House. Late C17/early C18, and mid C19. Limestone ashlar and squared coursed
limestone with corrugated asbestos and concrete tile roofs. Originally 2-unit
plan. Single storey with attic. 2-window range, at ground floor, of C20
casements, in original openings, under wood lintels. C19 casements under
Lincolnshire eaves dormers, to attic. Central 6-panel door, with glazed
toplights, also under wood lintel. Fire window to far left and boot scraper
recess to left of door. Brick and stone stacks at ends. Mid C19 outbuilding
attached to left now forms part of house and is a 2-window range of C20
casements under wood lintels. Interior: room to left of entrance has remains of
open fireplace with bressumer, chamfered spine beams and a 2-panel door.
