Shown as Nos.13 and 15 on Ordnance Survey map.
House. Mid/late C17, C18 and C19. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston
and Welsh slate roofs. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range at
ground floor and 2-window range at first floor, of C19 casements under wood
lintels. Fire window to far right and C20 door under wood lintel to left of
centre. Evidence of re-fenestration at ground floor level. Ashlar gable
parapets, that to left has moulded gablet decoration. Brick and stone stacks at
ridge and ends. Single bay attached to left is probably C18, in similar style,
and was formerly a separate dwelling. Rear has some C20 windows and doors.
Interior room to right of entrance has open fireplace with bressumer. Stop
chamfer to corner of fireplace is repeated on the spine beam. Room to first
floor right has C17 fireplace with simple segmental arch head. Base of collar
truss is visible.
