Farmhouse. Late C18 with mid C19 additions. Squared coursed limestone. Slate
roofs. Brick end stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys throughout. 3-window range on C19
front. C19 part. Central entrance with panelled door and overlight with
geometrical glazing. Entrance is flanked by sashes with glazing bars and
rendered architraves. 3 similar first floor windows. C18 rear wing. Entrance to
right has C20 door in moulded wood frame. Ground floor has 3-light metal
casements in wood frames. Arched stone heads. 3 similar first floor windows.
Interior has C18 and C19 fittings including window seats, panelled shutters,
fireplaces. Once part of the Shelswell Estate.
