Farmhouse. C17 with C19 and C20 additions and alterations. Earliest. (main)
part. Squared coursed limestone. Ironstone dressings. Steeply pitched red-tile
roofs. Paired, diagonally set brick ridge and end stacks. Stone coped gables
with moulded kneelers. T-plan with later aditions. 2 storeys plus attic. Mostly
stone mullions replaced by casements or C20 windows. Single-light stone-framed
window with hood mould and label stop to attic. Gabled roof dormer in rear wing.
C19 part. Stucco with slate roof and rendered end stacks. Central staircase
plan. 2 storeys. 3-window range. Entrance has panelled door and hood, and is
flanked by bay windows. First floor has 3 sashes with keyblock heads and
shutters. Interior not inspected.
