House, now dental surgery. Ironstone ashlar. Steeply pitched stone slate roof.
Brick end stack to left and rendered stack to right. 2 storeys plus attic;
5-window range. Central entrance has Tuscan doorcase, 6-panelled door and
overlight. Entrance is flanked by pairs of sashes with glazing bars (3-pane
width). 5 similar windows to first floor.2 hipped roof dormers have casements
with lead cames. Moulded wooden eaves cornice. Interior not inspected.
