Houses and shop. 2 houses in 1 building probably early C19 of 3-storeyed
stuccoed red brick with a modillioned cornice, and quoins. Each floor has
4 windows, those in the 1st floor having semi-circular moulded heads with
tall casements and a continuous string between them; those in the 2nd floor
have sashes in moulded frames, the outer ones with balconies. There is a
projecting porch over the 2 front doorways with 3 square columns and a plain
entablature, above Which is an iron balcony.
Nos 31 to 46 (consec) and Nos 49 to 56 (consec) form a group.
