C16/C17. Timber framed building with brick nogging. 2 storeys with 1 1/2
storey extension to left. Slope top dormer. Old tiled roof. Large
chimneys. 2 storey part has 4 small casement windows. 1 storey projecting
wing on right, of flint with brick dressings and old tiled roof. Georgian
Gothic windows with 4 centred heads. Said to have been associated with
Prince Rupert and to have been his headquarters when attacking Phyllis
Court.
