Former house converted into factory now flats. C18 renovated in C20.
Red brick Pantile roof. Principal elevation at right-angles to street
line:- 3 storeys. 7 bays in groups 2:4:1, each group stepping back.
C20 door it extreme left of centre group with rectangular fanlight and
pedimented hood. Single-storey canted bay window in right-hand bay.
Sash windows at ground floor with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat
arches. Sash windows and mullion and transome windows at first floor.
Sash windows and casement windows at 2nd floor. Moulded bracket cornice
over central baze and fascia and box cornices over outer bays. Rebuilt
rusticated brick quoins at right with return of wide brick stringcourse
between ground and first floors on the 6-bay street elevation. Internal:
good C18 panelling and door surrounds.
