Former house, now flats. C19. Rendered with rusticated ground floor
and long and short quoins. Black pantile roof. 2 storeys. 3 irregularly
spaced first floor windows. Door to right side with attached Tuscan
columns and partly reeded frieze: Sash windows throughout with glazing
bars: reticulated keystone at ground floor and moulded surrounds at
first floor. Roof hipped at east end.
