Shown on O.S. nap as The Old Bakery.
House. Mid-to late C18, possibly incorporating parts of an earlier building,
with later additions and alterations. Roughly coursed limestone rubble; stone
slate roofs. 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front; 6-paned sashes with wedged
stone heads to left and with slightly cambered heads to right of centre and
right. 6-paned door (upper panels now glazed) in centre bay under lead canopy
with trellised supports. Infilled doorway immediately to left has straight joint
to left. Integral end stacks with red brick shafts. Slightly lower mid-C19
addition to left has 6-paned sash window on each floor.
