House. Late C18 with later additions and alterations. Roughly coursed limestone
rubble; stone slate roof. 2 storeys and attic. Mid-C19 four-paned sashes to left
and right of central entrance, those to first floor directly below eaves.
Prominent gabled dormer with paired 4-paned sashes in middle of roof slope to
centre. C20 gabled stone porch over 4-panel door (upper panels now glazed).
Datestone above illegible at time of resurvey (May 1987). Integral end stack
with shaft rebuilt C20 to left and external end stack to right. Mid-C20
two-storey flat-roofed addition to rear is not of special architectural
interest. Included for group value.
