5/15 Hem Manor Farmhouse and
- Screen Wall Adjoining to

Farmhouse and screen wall. Late C18. Red brick, rendered right-hand end,
and old tile roof. L-plan. 3 storeys with 2 storey wing to rear. Dentil
brick eaves cornice, and end stacks. 3 bays; glazing bar sashes with gauged
heads. Central half glazed door with 2 lower flush panels; C19 gabled perch
with incised folder to represent ashlar, and double chamfered round arch.
C20 one storey lean-to to left. Screen wall act beak to right; approximately
8 metres long and 3 metres high. Red brick with stone dressings. Blind
segmental headed opening to left; blocked gateway to right with central
depressed arch with stone coped triangular pediment above, and flanking
square piers with stone copings and globe finial+.
