Wall forming part of former Franciscan Priory, Central basement of Carpet factory.

Wall, medieval with later alterations. Red sandstone. Extends c 18m north-south
returning west for c.1m at N end before disappearing into C19th structure. Battered
plinth to N face; c 2.5m high overall. Probably part of E claustral range of Friary
