Boundary wall, Gatepiers, Gates and Former Mortuary to Trinity Hospital

Boundary wall, gatepiers, gates and mortuary, now shed. Probably C17,
partly rebuilt and extended with gates and gatepiers in circa 1857.
Limestone, C17 wall to North, North-west and East in coursed rubble with
chamfered coping; C19 wall to South and South-west coursed and roughly
squared with sandstone ashlar gatepiers at South-west corner adjoining
Gardener's Cottage (q.v.) with plinth, moulded capping and pair of cast
iron gates with spearhead railings and central quatrefoil frieze.
Mortuary adjoining wall to North-east; probably C18 or early C19;
coursed limestone rubble with slate roof; one storey; 2 boarded doors
to right with ogee lintels.
