Pair of houses. Probably circa 1857 with C20 alterations. Coursed
limestone rubble; rendered gable-end to South with verge parapet and
C20 shingled cladding at rear; slate roofs. T-plan. 2 storeys. Brick
ridge stacks off-centre to left and right, stack in angle of T at rear.
East front: C19 and C20 two-light wooden casements, 5 to first floor and
4 to ground floor, gable with verge parapet above second first floor window
from left; central C20 half-glazed door to each house. These houses
probably date from the time of the 1857 enlargements to the Hospital.
Complete the third side of the outer court of the Hospital. Included for
group value.
