Offices and health centre, originally dwellings. Early C19.
Brick with roof not visible behind parapet. 3 storeys,
8-window range symmetrically arranged with doorways in second
bay at each end. Doorways are raised up steps with cast-iron
hand rails. 6-panelled doors with overlights in moulded
architraves with console brackets carrying projecting
entablature. 12-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged
brick heads. Continuous sill band to first floor. Moulded
stone eaves cornice. Fireplace of a now-demolished building
incorporated in end gable wall: massive stone lintel with
shallow arch.
