House, now in use as offices. c1700. Brick with graded slate
roof. 2 storeys, 5-window range with blind left-hand bay
partly cut by Nos 4-8 St Mary's Place (qv). Central 6-panelled
door with overlight with high pediment over, above the string
course. Windows are flush-framed 12-pane sashes with
flat-arched gauged brick heads. Enriched eaves cornice, coped
gables and gable end stack.
