House. Largely early C16 but refronted in later C18.
Timber-framed with brick facade now painted and plain tiled
roof. 2 storeys with attic, single-window range. Round-arched
recess for doorway to left, and 20-pane sash window on each
floor to right. High and wide gable to right, with 9-pane sash
window and barge-boards with pendant finial carried on moulded
brackets. Timber-framing exposed in gable wall, large square
panels with arched bracing. Probably originally one build with
No.2 (qv).
