CLIFTON HAMPDEN WATERY LANE SU5495 (East side) 11/24 Jamaica Cottage and adjoining cottage GV II

Two cottages. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Large timber framing with angle bracing and brick infill to left; some timber framing to right with brick infill; red brick to centre. Thatch roof; half-hipped to right; brick end stacks. Single storey and attic; 3-window range. Plank door to left of centre. 4-panel part-glazed door to right of centre. C20 metal 3-light casement to centre. 2 and 3-light C19 wood casements to left. 3 gabled dormers with 2-light leaded casements. Interior not inspected.
