Farmhouse. Early-to-mid C19. Red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Plain
tile roof. 2 storeys. Rendered quoins. Gabled, with projecting verges.
Gable end stacks. Regular 3-window front of 12-pane sashes in virtually
open boxes. Ground-floor windows with splayed rubbed brick voussoirs.
Central panelled door with 2 top lights in reeded architrave with paterae
and shallow lean-to hood. Narrower parallel rear range to left, connecting
with short rear return wing to right. Interior not inspected.
