Mid C19. Two storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. Three windows, one of which is a
three-light bow. Pilasters flank the front. Mullioned and transomed casements. The ground floor has a tent-shaped verandah. On the left hand side is a small attached house of two storeys stuccoed with hipped slate roof. Three sashes with glazing bars intact and a porch. Group value with 'Frenches'.
Littlebourne Lodge and Frenches form a group.
