Mid C19. Two parallel ranges. Two storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. Wide moulded eaves cornice. Three windows, now mullioned and transomed casements, two of them being three-light bays. The ground floor has a tent-shaped canopy with iron trellis work supports. four sashes with glazing bars intact to the side elevation.

Littlebourne Lodge and Frenches form a group.
