Early Cl9. 2 storeys and basement above the level of the street fronted with
weatherboarding on a stuccoed base. Hipped slate roof and modillion eaves cornice.
3 sashes with glazing bars intact and Venetian shutters. Trellised wooden porch
with pointed canopy placed up 15 steps with handrail. Rectangular fanlight to
doorway. The left side elevation Has an additional wooden doorcase with pedimented
head, paterae and reeded pilasters. A garage has been built which Joins the property
to Regency Cottage with a room over.

Grafton Cottage, Regency Cottage and Nos 1 to 10 (consec) Wellington Terrace form a
group. (Nos 1 to 10 (consec) Wellington Terrace are buildings of local interest).
