Square headed windows with trefoiled lights and ornate inner glazing bars. The hood moulds have label stops with hazel designs - on one, leaves in quatrefoil. Central doorway has a 4-centred arch with squared hood mould and decoration in the spandrels. The hood mould has Hazlerigg Arms label stops, a shield with chevron and hazel bush in point. Above the doorway a moulding with a banner -(illegible) School-, below which the Hazlerigg Crest of a baronets chapeau and a couped bearded head. In each gable apex is a blank shield. The chimney stacks have slender octagonal shafts. (Photo Apr 2008).
