Pair of houses. Early to mid C19. Stucco. Roof not visible. 3 storeys.
Symmetrical front to Upper Belgrave Street. 5 windows wide. Symmetrical front
also to Wilton Street, of 6 bays with entrance to No 12. To Upper Belgrave
Street - centre 3 bays project slightly, central projecting porch with coupled
Ionic columns; step to entrance. Panelled door. Balustraded balcony to first
floor. Square headed sashed windows. French casements to first floor. Glazing
bars. Architraves to first floor windows, and pediment to centre window.
Cornice. Spearhead area railings.
