2 houses, now one dwelling. Datestone L.M.S. Fisher. 1766 and early C19. Squared
coursed limestone with Collyweston and Welsh slate roofs. Each house originally
2-unit plan. 2 storeys. Original house is a 2-window range of cast iron
casements, with diamond panes and some coloured glass, under wood lintels.
Central C20 door, is also under wood lintel. Stone stack at ridge. Datestone
above door. Outbuilding attached to left is probably early C19 and now forms
part of house. Early C19 house, attached to right, is a 3-window range of
casement windows, with glazing bars, under shallow stone arches. Central 4-panel
door is under similar head. Stone stacks at ends. Elevation abutting Park Street
has earlier range, to right, with an irregular 3-window range of casements and
early C19 house to left. Windows on this elevation are similar to garden
elevation but with stone lintels, keyblocks and ashlar dressings. Central C20
door. Interior not inspected.
