Terrace house. Late C18. Stock brick with stucco ground floor, slate roof. 4
storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Doorway to right semicircular arched, 6 panel
door and fanlight. Recessed sashes, no glazing bars, with flat red brick gauged
arches on upper floors. Stucco plat band to 1st floor and modillion cornice over 2nd
floor continuous with Nos. 95, 97 and 101, as in parapet coping. Cast iron spear
head area railings.
