Terrace house. Late C18. Stock brick with stucco ground floor, slate roof, 4
storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Doorway to left with fluted pilasters
carrying inswept frieze and cornice, 6 panel door and fanlight. Recessed sash
windows, no glazing bars, with flat red brick gauged arches above ground floor. 1st
floor plat band and modillion cornice over 2nd floor continuous with Nos. 95 and 99,
101, as in parapet coping. Cast iron spear head area railings. Of same build as
Nos. 95, 99, 101.
