Terraced house. c.1800-20, as part of the Gloucester Place development
which it abuts. Stock brick with stuccoed ground floor; concealed slate
roof. 4 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide. Semicircular arched
doorway to right, panelled door with reeded head and fanlight. Recessed
sashes, under flat and segmental gauged arches. Plat band over ground
floor. Crowning stucco cornice and blocking course. 1st floor windows
have original wrought iron balconettes. Cast iron area railings with urn
finials. Included for Group Value only.
