Terraced house. 1728. Built by R Hughes; refaced late C19 in
Georgian style. Multi-coloured stock brick with red brick
dressings. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows. Round-arched
doorway with radial patterned fanlight and panelled door in
blank bay to left of windows. Gauged red brick flat arches to
recessed sashes. Parapet.
INTERIOR: is two rooms deep, narrowing sharply to rear, which
is one window wide, with single sash to ground floor supported
on brackets; central spiral stair. Basement has C18 cupboard.
Ground-floor front room with corner fireplace. First-floor
front room retains cornice, rear room with corner fireplace.
Second floor retains plank and muntin screens and
bolection-moulded fireplace. Attic with plank door.
