Pair of terraced houses designed to appear as one house. Early
C19. Yellow stock brick. 3 storeys. 2 windows each plus
central blind window to each floor. Gauged brick round-arched
doorways with patterned fanlights and panelled doors. Gauged
brick flat arches to recessed hornless sashes. Stone coped
parapet. Central 2nd floor blind window with faded painted
tablet inscribed "Weymouth Place". INTERIORS: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached low brick garden walls with
cast-iron railings; gate piers & gates.
