Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco. 2 storeys 3 windows.
Central C20 projecting portico with pilasters supporting a
modillion cornice; C20 panelled door. Recessed sashes; 1st
floor with good cast-iron balconies, 2nd floor with louvred
shutters. Parapet. Tall brick chimney-stack leaning diagonally
and attached to wall of No.21 (qv). Fire insurance plaques
flank 1st floor central window. INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached low brick garden wall with
cast-iron railings having urn finials; gate piers with ball
finials and gate.
