House. Early C19. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with
graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth central-staircase
plan with 3 bays and 3 storeys. Symmetrical elevation has
projecting plinth, raised quoins and shaped eaves gutter
brackets. Central door with moulded surround and hood. Bays
1 and 3 have paired sash windows with square-cut surrounds
and separating mullions whereas the upper floors of bay 2
have single sash windows. All have continuous sill bands and
glazing bars have been removed. Gable chimney stacks. Lean-
to garage to left gable. 2-light gable windows, 4 and 8-
light recessed flat-faced mullion windows to rear, a central
stair window and a taking-in door on top floor.
