House. Early C18, said to be c.1720. Hammer-dressed
watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof. 2-unit plan
with 2 storeys. 2, 5 and 4-light ground floor windows and 4,
3 and 4-light first floor windows all with double-chamfered
cavetto-moulded mullions apart from the 3-light one which
has flat-faced mullions and was inserted in the late C18.
Plain stone eaves gutter brackets. Gable chimney stacks one
of which is rebuilt in brick. 2-light windows to gable and a
door with square-cut surround.Blocked taking-in door to
right gable with chamfered surround.2 and 3-light windows to
rear (as above) one with door inserted and another with
mullion missing.
