House. Late C17. Timber-framed on brick plinth with white-washed stucco over wattle and daub infill. Thatch roof with brick central ridge stack. 3-unit lobby-entry plan. Single storey and attic; 3-window range of 2- and 3-light casements. Gabled porch to centre right has plank door and fanlight. 3 2-light gabled dormers over. Small outshut to rear has pantiles. Moulded-plank rear door is probably original.
Interior: little altered. Narrow panel flaming visible throughout. Back-to-back brick open fireplaces and hood, one bressumer renewed. Spine beams have chamfers with bar and ogee stops. Heavy square joists. Plank doors. Stairs divide to either side of stack and have plank-doored cupboards under. Roof has single tier of purlins and cambered collars.
