GV II

House and shop. C15 and C17. Timber framed and clad with painted brick and plain
tiled roof. One storey and attic with coved eaves to roof with 2 gabled dormers
and stack to rear. Central projecting plate glass bay, with half-glazed door
to left and door of 4 panels with rectangular fanlight to right all under
tented corrugated iron pentice. Interior; framed partition between no. 32
and no.33. Suggested C15 date for portions attached to no.31 adjacent ,
with mullioned window to rear.
