Includes No. 35 Clarence Street. Shops. Late C18. Brick
with stone dressings,slate roof. 3 storeys and 2 bays to
each. C20 shop fronts, that to No. 97 has stained glass
panels and entablature. Windows have wedge lintels and
mostly casements. Return is No. 35 Clarence Street, 3
storeys, 2 bays; round-headed entrance with plain doorcase
and 6-panelled door. 1st floor sash windows have glazing
bars.
