C18. 3 storeys roughcast. Hipped slate roof. Bracket cornice, 1 sash
with verticals only and one 3 light bay through all storeys. Left side
open pedimented doorcase with triglyphs and pilasters. Semi-circular
fanlight and 6 panelled door.

Nos 9 & 11 form a group with all the listed buildings on the east side of
Smallhythe Road from Nos 1 to 17.
