Glass in chancel east window is dated 1886. Dedication shield of Arms gules three chevronels argent. Faith with scriptures and burning torch, Charity with children, Love with Lamb of God (Agnus Dei) and Hope with fouled anchor are the main panels. Angels with a book and musical instruments are above. Illustrative scenes and texts below. -Those that seek me early shall find me (Proverbs 8.17)- Mary finds the -gardener- outside Jesus tomb. -Come to me all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest (Matthew 11.28)- Jesus receives a weeping child, a poor man, a lame man, a burdened mother and a chained man bearing a pack of stones. -Abide with us for it is towards evening (Luke 24.29)- Jesus is offered hospitality. The style is of the Renaissance, fluid design and a predominantly white architectural background. (Photo Mar 2008).
