Church of the Holy Cross

A Grade II* Listed Building in Burley, Rutland

Church of the Holy Cross, Burley

Uploader's Comments

A corridor connects the chancel south aisle to Burley House. The ridge tiles are plainer. The window, with hood mould and cusped, reticulated, tracery, has a mullion across it. Presumably this was to protect the window from accidents on the slope or stairs behind it. (Photo Mar 2008).
