26.10.71 Yew Tree House (No 1)

GV II

Farmhouse. Later C18. Red brick, plain tile roof and brick end
stacks. L-shaped plan. 3 storeys with dentilled eaves band, reduced
proportions to second floor. Regular 4 window front, the inner windows
narrower than the outer ones; 16-pane glazing bar sashes with gauged
brick heads. Central 6-panel door and fanlight with radiating glazing
bars. Rear wing to left.
