Built as Penderell, 1906 by C L Ball. Red brick with a little polychrome
diaperwork beneath the coved and iron bracketted eaves; tiled hipped roof
with tall chimneys with arched panels. Two storeys plus attic; roughly
L-shaped in plan with the door within an altered glazed porch set diagonally
across the angle. The windows all wooden casements with leaded lights,
mostly 3 light with or without transoms and one 4 light with transom.
In the roof gabled dormer windows.
