1907, by Frederick Martin for himself. Roughcast; tile roof. In an Arts
and Crafts style. Partly of 2 storeys and partly of 2 storeys plus attic.
Four bays wide, those on the left and right advanced, that on the left more
so than that on the right. The second bay is advanced somewhat also. It contains
the porch which has, a battered buttress, is gabled and has, to its left, above
and behind its gable, another gable in which is the staircase window. The
third bay has a small canted bay window at ground floor level. All windows
are casements and have leaded lights.
