C1840-50 detached red brick villa. Two storeys with a 3 bay symmetrical
front. Hipped slate roof with flat eaves, flanking chimneys. Revealed
sash windows with flat stucco arches except for canted first floor window
with round arch; stucco sills. Pilastered doorway similar to that of No 1
with dentil string and moulded cornice.
