C1840 stucco villa of 2 storeys and basement with 3 bay symmetrical front.
Plinth; first floor sill band. Low gable end slate roof with moulded eaves;
corniced chimneys. Ground floor and basement have superimposed shallow canted
bay windows of C1860 with pilastered lights and entablatures. First floor
windows have architrave surrounds with shallow apron panels, narrower to centre;
glazing bar sashes. Entrance approached by flight of steps: door of 3 moulded
panels with rectangular fanlight, flanked by pilasters supporting deep panelled
sections of entablature, console and blocking course breaking forward over them.
